J. Gumbo's Rebrand - Senior Thesis

​J. Gumbo’s is a Cajun and Creole style restaurant. It is a unique take on your typical fast-casual dining that serves gumbo alongside other authentic Louisiana style cooking.

 

The Kalamazoo location opened in 2016 with Angela Huntley as its owner. Angie and her husband saw the success of another franchise and wanted to take part in the lucrative business opportunity.
